Student Parking Agreement
Central Baptist Church
This agreement allows the student, hereinafter called the permit holder, the privilege of parking one vehicle in an assigned area during the 2023-2024 school year, Monday-Friday between 6:30am – 5:00pm at Central Baptist Church, 250 Gwinnett Dr, Lawrenceville GA. The cost of the permit is $80.
Parking permits are non-transferrable.
The following activities are not allowed. Your permit will be revoked if you are seen:
Smoking, using tobacco products, using drugs, or consuming alcohol
Participating in sexual activity
Fighting, disrespecting authority, or any misconduct
Littering
Loitering
Reckless driving, including driving above posted speed limit signs or revving the engine of your vehicle unnecessarily
The permit holder shall keep in force during the term of this agreement adequate automobile liability insurance on any permitted or substitute vehicle with a company licensed to do business in the state of Georgia.
The permit holder and/or parents or legal guardian of the permit holder shall release, indemnify, and hold harmless Central Baptist Church, its members and representatives against any and all liabilities, bodily injury, claim costs, damages, losses, personal injuries, property damages or otherwise, resulting from the usage of the church parking facilities.
Once you have submitted your form, please take your driver’s license and insurance card to Ms. Tossing in 8115. She will need to confirm your eligibility to receive a parking permit.
Juniors and Seniors in the following programs are eligible to park at Central Baptist Church: School of The Arts students who are out of district, Dual Enrollment, Work-Study, Grayson and Maxwell students. Students will be given an adhesive parking non-transferrable sticker which must be permanently attached to the rear window and visible. Unfortunately, there are a limited number of parking permits available. Once those are sold, we will not be able to offer more parking to Central Gwinnett Students.
Payment instructions will be given once eligibility has been confirmed by the school and the proper documentation has been submitted.
Your car will be registered in our system as well as with Central Gwinnett High School.
